What is COPAFITH? I read about it during my work. People should work accoording to COPAFITH / do a COPAFITH analyses. I had a hard time finding out what it stands for, so decided to jot it down here. The letters in COPAFITH stand for the Dutch words Commercieel (Commerce/Sales), Organisatie (Organisation), Personeel (People/Employees), Administratie (Administration), Financieel (Finance), Informatie (Information), Technologie (Technology) en Huisvesting (Housing). You basically look at all these aspects and record what a change/project will mean for these aspects. I also found reference to COPAFITHJ or COPAFIJTH, where the J stands for Juridisch (Juridical) and SCOPAFIJTH where S is for Security.
