Life online ... who needs local apps & expensive OS's?

My data is stored online more and more. Other people are moving online to. This LifeHacking-blog nicely summarizes the best tool to support your online life. And it introduced me to a new extention, FeBe, to sync Firefox-add-ons. On another page on the site i found this nice explanation of the benefits of online apps.
