I bought this new computer around Christmas. Everything worked great, except one thing: every other time while booting, Windows XP would pause booting, take about 3 minutes and boot-up. So one boot would be o.k., the next would take another 3 minutes. Searched around the internet, but couldn't find it. Went back to the supplier, and guess what: after disabling USB legacy support in the bios, the problem is gone. The guy that helped me said he heard of that happen more often with MSI-motherboards. Well, maybe this posting will help somebody someday...
