Cool way of presenting stuff

Eye candy. You know, it looks cool. So people get enthusiastic. But does it actually provide value? Does it make your life easier? I don't yet know whether presentation solution Prezi only is eye-candy. I guess it depends on how you use it. But it looks cool ;-).
