I used Google Maps to collect possible places to visit on my next holiday. After adding some 50 or so placemarks, i wanted to print a list of them, as i had added descriptions of the placemarks, like addressess. But i did not find a way to print from within Google Maps. Did i have to accept i could only access the data i had put into there, online? I wanted to take the data with me in the car when travelling around. When i had almost given up, i found a solution: from within Google Maps you can export to a Google Earth KML. Within Google Earth My Places i ticked the folder with all the placemarks and printed from within Google Earth, and now i have 15 pages of places i might be visiting!
